★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently transferred into The Doctors Motueka and from the moment I walked in I felt like I was going to be taken care of. I have seen 2 of their GPs, Dr Richard Fuller and Dr Sebastiaan Klaver and both are highly knowledgeable and helpful with my condition. They are a fabulous family doctors surgery and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last four times i have made an appointment with the doctors it has been scheduled for 4pm, and each time i have waited until 5pm. If it wasn’t for the kind staff, and helpful doctors i’d rate it one star. I don’t think it’s appropriate to wait for an hour and hearing the same excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors were rushed and not thorough. the manager doesnt seem to know whats going on and didnt follow their own protocol with my complaint. the nurses i saw had no bedside manner. they charge full price even when its an ACC claim. not a caring place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there’s other option, I would rate this clinic negative points. This place was really really bad. The service they provided was really bad. The way they treated me and my friend was rude and they are like discriminating us because we are not local. I made an appointment early in the morning and one of their receptionist told us to come at 4.15pm which 45 mins to their closing hour. However, we reach at 3.50pm and their receptionist asked us to wait at their clinic and someone will approach us. We waited for very long and someone came out and tell us that we never made an appointment so we have to wait until after 5pm to visit the emergency doctor. The way they talked to us were so impolite with the discriminating expression. My friend was actually suffering but no one intended to approach us. I went to ring the bell, they just ignored me. One of the nurse open the door, and closed it back. The one at the receptionist counter just looking at her hands.I really don’t understand what is their purpose of being a nurse or doctor if they have no intention to save someone’s life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited The Doctors with my sick child whilst on holiday, the service I received from the moment I arrived was exceptional. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, the Nurse was incredibly sympathetic and the GP was very thorough. They went out of their way to ensure I had all the information I needed, and I received a follow up a few days later to check to see how things were going with my wee one.

We got an appt with Dr Perry who realised she’d been given the wrong antibiotic from our own GP back home & prescribed her an antibiotic & took time to give her advice. She started feeling better after just one pill. We are so thankful, now able to enjoy our much-awaited holiday ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I turned up at 8.30am on a Monday in the middle of the summer holidays with an ear infection. I had no appointment and was from out of town so was not a patient of the clinic. I was able to be seen by Dr Grainger almost immediately and in no time I had a prescription and was on the way to again enjoying my holiday. Thanks so much
