β β β β β Printer is SLOW!!! we sold our old printer to you, and it was like really FAST!!, the printer we have swapped for is like really SLOW!! and 3 wks ago we had one of your printer experts come to see us in order to learn how to work it..told us we would not need copies on how to use it...WRONG....we need lots of help just trying to unjam, stock piles of work waiting with Data In...and yip...congestion all over the place with this machine...
We were told that we would have no problems, would like to say, from the very start, we have had nothing but problems with this machine.
When we try to reach anyone, funny, it flicks us straight to fax...urgh...

β β β β β Ricoh have excellent machines and good customer service. Just be sure to ask about their "scanner fee" when signing a contract. It wasn't mentioned anywhere on the payment schedule when I negotiated a lease, but then it got added to my bill.
They had listed the full lease costs and printing costs clearly in the contract but never mentioned anything about a scanner fee. It turns out that Clause 56 in the fine print of their terms states they reserve the right to charge a scanner fee for any device with a scanner (e.g. a printer/photocopier).
So be sure to ask about Clause 56 and what scanner fee will be applied. Apart from that, things run smoothly. Ricoh machines are great quality.

β β β β β We have had a positive experience with Ricoh since switching earlier this year. The Copier is easy to use, and service is great. We only had one slight technical issue which was addressed immediately. I would like to thank Jordan Kawhe for his assistance in a smooth transition from our previous copier providers.
