★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad the van I needed was not available at the other rental places because dealing with Rite Price was easy, fast and priced right! Seriously, it took about 5 minutes to pick up and to drop off the van. The van worked flawlessly and was clean and fueled up when I arrived. The staff was friendly and seem to genuinely care that I was happy with both service and product. Kudos to Rite Price Rentals. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average truck hire was fairly damaged and worn. Otherwise truck was adequate in performance. We then took the truck to petrol station literally 1km down the road from depot and somehow waiting 2 and a bit weeks got charged $11 for petrol which makes no sense as it was full. No contact to discuss this just notice deduction from account and online notice. Bit disappointing no matter the amount. Won't be using again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The truck I rented, had a lot of maintenance issues. Seems like vehicle suspension was poor.
There was no way to lock the main truck carriage as the key was not supplied, causing security issues. When asked for customer support for securing truck carriage. All I was told was that they lost the key and they can't do anything about it. I had to buy a lock myself using my own time and funds. The rented straps and blankets were both in poor condition.
The Truck diesel tank had to be filled up in an awkward way by not doing so, you will be charged extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book truck for a day and late for 30 min just because of road working on the way. The manager rakesh called us speaked very rude even we are trying to return the truck on time even if will get late we will pay for next day. But he keep saying some bad words he don’t know how to speak with customers. Service of the company is good but site manager need to be change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truck that I hired had very poor suspensions, looks like thet need to replace it. The site manager have really bad tone of speaking, i was on my way back to return truck at 4:30pm, he stared calling me 4:15 that you are going to be late,
And the tone was really bad, looks like he is not at a level of manager position.
Calling again and again,
Need to improve communication skills and have to br patience while talking with customers, need to listen to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading many negative reviews I decided to make my own opinion. Price & performance was top benchmark really uncomplicated which I personally prefer these days. However there are few things to improve, special on the vehicle which we had. We had a Toyota cargo van: brakes pulsing and a van with an non operating A/C in the summer time 28 degrees is just Exhausting. Therefore only 4 stars. Thanks to the branch manager and your team.
