We were just browsing for cars (with a make in mind) and next thing we bought a car. The experience was so smooth that it blew me off. Our questions answered with satisfaction and options were given. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guys are ripped off try to withdraw the application and get our deposit money back but they didn't refund it. We're been told that the money is fully refundable if we don't want to proceed or find a better car but this is all lies so better not to put any money in. Never trust this liers. Not recommended car yard. Better to go at Royale Cars as they will look after their customers very well and not forcing to put a deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a car from Te Rapa Wholesale approximately 5 weeks ago. I have had to take the car back several times for seperate issues. The latest issue was noticed when my brakes (this being a major safety issue), did not properly work and my warning light came on. I took the car to my own mechanic who said that there was a large hole in the brake pipe, keeping in mind my car somehow passed a warrant 3 weeks prior?
This has been a HUGE disappointment having to give up my new car for over a week when i trusted i would be buying a reliable and safe vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a car off them and had problems within a week fixed first problem only for more to come up didn't even supply car with a spare tyre or tools to remove flat tyre went to use the new kit they eventually gave me only to find its for a Toyota wouldn't buy another car from them after sales service is slack only reason anything got done is I went to see owner of business and guy who sold me car saw me waiting and decided to sort things out don't buy a car from here you will regret it if I could I wouldn't of got a car from here at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a car from here broke down same day and they refused to fix it. Also had a friend buy a car from here and motor blew in first week. These guys are the definition of dodgy salesmen avoid buying a car from here no matter what.
