★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here for Mental Health Problems. The clowns on the desk are clueless. I phoned and specifically asked who dealt with Mental Health - e.g. who has an interest in this area, without hesitation I was told The dr . So I made an appointment. As soon as I got in the doctors room Dr.expressed that they didn’t not deal with mental health specifically and those jokers on the front desk were wrong. They have rearranged my appointment twice because the doctor is away that week - which makes it look like the doc is avoiding me. Bad experience
EDIT: Alert Level 2: The make you knock at the door - they don’t acknowledge that they’ve heard you knock / seen me. I heard one lady with short black hair go “yeah yeah I can hear you!” Loudly to everyone. That was the just the coffee person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my family's practice for almost a year now, and I think they are pretty good. The staff is not the friendliest, but the doctors are good. Waiting time is different with the different doctors, but usually from 10 to 30 min. After time, I learnt which doctors are most often late, so I know who to choose. Would certainly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors here are great. However the staff at the front desk are outrageously rude.
Every time I've been here they make me feel as if I've done something wrong, and try to belittle me. One woman in particular is exceptionally rude. She has been there for years, and I really don't understand how she still has a job. Even while sitting in the waiting room I can hear her being rude to patients over the phone.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Getting any sort of service is like getting blood out of a stone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, after being enrolled for a number of years, I have no choice but to be generous and give them 1*. The doctors and nurses are lovely but the receptionist is rude, racist and just lacks any manners. She slams the phone down if you do not accept first appointment offered. Recently waited over an hour with a child - appointment was booked days ahead yet we were not seen at all. I was rudely told they now triple book appointments. Recently, been told a 9 day wait is perfectly normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses are very helpful and professional but the receptionists are rude and cancel your appointments even if it’s for children!
My experience with 3 of the doctors also make me wonder if they have a standard answer for any query!
They lack empathy and professionalism and try to herd you out the door!
Very very disappointed!
Please take a look at the way you treat people through all departments in your practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and Nurses are great but the reception staff are terribly rude. I have to book my partners appointments because if she calls, even while very ill, they won't give her an appointment for days. They have tried to charge her a 'service fee' for having the kids seen even though children should be free.
Very frustrating they feel fine to bully stressed and worn out women.

Reception was polite enough, saw a happy bubbly nurse who completed a few standard tests prior to meeting with the Dr. Dr Van der Berg was really good and asked some good questions to do with my general overall health. Appreciate her attentiveness. Probably one of the best visits to the doc THB.
