β β β β β Wowser. Rang in the morning, had someone there in the afternoon. Lovely man, really friendly, we chatted while he fixed my freezer within 15 mins (I'd thought the freezer was doomed). I was even able to pay on the spot with a remote eftpos machine. Super delighted with the speedy service, easy communication, resolution of an otherwise doomed (ancient) freezer - can't fault anything about this interaction and I highly recommend. Thanks team!

β β β β β At midday yesterday I made a decision that my old fridge (20+ years) was going to give me grief when I didn't need it so rang Craig at Robertsons and he had one reconditioned fridge and luckily it was the right size to fit my space. I bought it sight unseen and Craig delivered it a few hours later. It is in fabulous condition and I am really happy.
I think this service is definitely 5 star and pretty amazing these days.

Despite being unable to work due to injury he was still happy to help and even recommended another company who would be able to help. But Iβm greatful his advice worked and it saved me an unnecessary call out fee. Iβll definitely use your service in the future. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
