The staff don't admit their fault for multiple issue. They are not willing to help and very defensive.

Friendly service and very pleased with my glasses. They were extremely helpful with the setup and measurement process for my glasses providing all available options for me in terms of lenses. Will surely go again.

Excellent service, very professional & skilled staff. They made a stressful appointment very easy as e everything was explained along the d & they were very helpful and honest. Didn't have long to wait for my finished new glasses

Absolute garbage workmanship and equally as pathetic customer experience. Have emailed them through their website Contact Us page for a refund 3 days ago and still no response or acknowledgement. Got the glasses end of May 2021, have only been able to wear it for about 3 weeks since. The staff here were pretty shady from the point of me receiving my glasses. Glasses were ready in about a week, so they seemed pretty suprised about that. I took it back the same day, complete fishbowl effect, a conversation behind closed doors between the floor manager and optometrist, then I was told to try it for 2 weeks to adjust then bring it back if any issues. Tried for 3 days, just got headaches and no change, the lenses were completly wrong, which they essentially admitted when i had taken the glasses back and was told the technician had cut the lenses from the wrong part of the blank or something and the lenses were extra curved. Eye exam was redone and matched closer with my existing glasses, dont know why, did they even get that wrong the first time? Got new lenses, still felt fishbowled, but less. About a week later one of the lenses just popped out by itself. I left it alone as I just kept using my existing, far superior glasses, which I had made 5 years ago by their better known competitor, then got stck with the lockdown. Took it back last week, got the lens put back in, and its jutting out of the frame at two places i didnt realise it before but i guess the lens is too curved for the frame. The lens just cane off again, managed to save the screw this time, though its a different colour to the original black; they coyldnt even get this right. Anyway, I want my money back, these glasses arent worth $510 i will be paying for it, nor the money already paid. I regret ever coming into this store, should have gone to.... Ironically, when I came in to get the lens screwed back in, I wanted it done urgently as i had to go back to work, but tbey said 30 mins wait time, but told me to go around the corner to specsavers ifvi couldnt wait. I really wish now that I had gone tbeir in the first place.
