β β β β β I recenlty needed my feather duvet drycleaned as my much loved dog Rocky is in his last days...the kind Lady owner of this drycleaners not only sorted our cleaning needs she was also showed compassion to our plight. I arrived after hours to pick up my bedding not realising it was past closing only to find that the Lady owner had stayed back so I could collect my things...i am very grateful and touched by this and would like everyone to know that her actions went beyond a service and the bedding is in better condition than it was new. Happy Dogs..Thank You :)

β β β β β I had a custom made satin suit worth about $1500, took it and it came back ripped in about 5 different places. They blamed me, saying it was wear and tear and that the outfit was old (was only 5 years old). What really got me was how smug he was about it all, basically laughed in my face and said there was nothing I could do about it, which I found extremely creepy, as in shivers down my spine creepy. I have taken it back to my original drycleaners, who said that the rips should have never had happened. I can handle the rips to the outfit, but it was "too bad, what are you going to do about it" response I didn't like.

β β β β β Not sure whether they deserve more or less stars. I had a couple issues with the item I dropped off. First when I came to pick it up, they tried to give me someone elseβs clothing. They had put our tag on the wrong dress. Had to describe it and fortunately they still had it, but it wasnβt done, it was still stained. So, I had to wait 2 more days for it. When we finally got the dress back it was clean and pressed. Just concerned they could have given our stuff to someone else and it wasnβt ready as needed.

β β β β β My favourite dry cleaners! I've been using them for a few years now. Mostly for alterations. I am a tall lady and my pants are always taken down perfectly. I recently took a pair of slim leg pants to them and asked for them to be altered to a skinny leg. I'm so happy with the end product. I also had a red satin dress dry cleaned after sitting in my wardrobe for a year with alcohol stains on it. When I picked it up not a drop on it. It looks brand new. Their pricing is so reasonable. My husbands wedding suit was also dry cleaned to perfection. I would recommend this place to anyone!
