As soon as a property that may suit us hit the market, he would let us know & would go & view it for us. He is very knowledgeable about the area & advised us on what we needed to know. Ross managed interested parties throughout to ensure good turn out auction day.
He was easy to communicate with and had a plan in place from day one.

I had my house valued by two agents who said I wouldn't get what I wanted, which almost deterred me from selling at all. I initially contact Ross because he had a 'free valuation within 30minutes or you got a free pizza' advert, figured that takes dedication to be monitoring your phone/email that closely and if he missed it I'd get a free pizza, unfortunately for me, he was on his game and I didn't get a pizza but I got an evaluation that I liked the sound of so I agreed to meet up with him. Once meeting Ross I was able to ask all my stupid first-time house selling questions and told him my expectations and he was able to confirm and explain all I needed to know and told me what I wanted to get for my house was definitely achievable and proceeded to give me advice on what changes to make to help achieve this goal. I often messaged him with extra questions throughout the process to which he responded to me almost immediately at all hours of the day/night and in the weekends. He was always cool, calm and collected, he made the whole experience a breeze. He got the sale in the range we wanted, gave me advice on the new property I am purchasing. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an easy-going experience with results.
