★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From booking direct by phone speaking to Jed was pleasant to deal with and accommodating with a room + sea view. Prices ok on Parr with others of same standard. If up that way again have no problem staying again. Only 15 to 20 minutes outside of Whangarei. Enough to see and do if it takes your fancy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good parking the day we went. Lucky it wasn't too busy. Nice day. Not too hot and not to cold. Sun was out with some clouds in the sky. There was a nice breeze that helped things down a bit. There are toilets and a few spaces to park when we arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely gorgeous. We booked VERY last minute and had the pleasure of a 2bdm on the top floor with incredible views of the ocean. Amazing location right on the beachfront and next to Bach cafe for our morning coffee! Decor was great, beds were the most comfy we've had in years. Everything about this weekend away was superb including the friendliness of the cleaning staff. Would highly recommend!
