β β β β β In the Winter of 2015 we were coming back from the Mountain after a weekend snowboarding. Our house at that time in Taumarunui was only used as a holiday home and as we started to drive back we realized that the Wiper motor on our 4 x 4 was not working and it was raining heavily meaning it would be quite dangerous for us to drive back in those conditions. As we drove down Hakiaha st we noticed that Ruapehu Auto Electrical appeared to be open on a Sunday much to our surprise. We thought we would just ask for some advice being the Sunday but we met the owner Sam Tweedie who was working on his Jet boat at the time and Sam was extremely helpful and took time out of his Sunday to help us and rigged up a temporary fix which was enough to allow us to get home safely. We will never forget this and were really impressed by Samβs ingenuity, attitude and generosity. Thanks Sam. We have now chosen to Live in Taumarunui and because of this act of kindness will remain a loyal customer to Ruapehu Auto Electrical and recommend them highly to anyone who needs Auto electrical or Mechanical services
