★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ?fabulous. French galette is the best breakfast ever and the coffee is amazing. French pastries that are buttery and cabinet food that makes choosing so hard. We go every time we are in Nelson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the galette for brunch which was spot on! J'étais en Bretagne un petit moment! Then we took the also ridiculously delicious Kouign Amann to Cable Bay. Day well spent, will definitely be coming back! Merci beaucoup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried this place because of such great reviews. Hugely disappointed. We got a crepe and a pie and both were dry and didn't taste like anything we'd want to eat again. Couldn't finish them, so a waste of food & money, and we had to go and find something else from another place. Sad. Had to say it as we found it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now, the decor might be pretty average, but the food was simply astounding. Obviously a place where they taste and care about the food they sell. The galettes were better than I've had anywhere, and the gluten-free chocolate praline cake was simply extraordinary.
