★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been treated with less respect than I did when purchasing a car from this team. I was presented the car uncleaned at the time of sale and when questioned if they had put the duraseal (which was a pushed add on) on they said yes. I didn't understand how a dirty car could have paint protection so i asked to see the paperwork. It was then discovered that it hadn't been done and they needed a further week before i could pick up my new car. I planned for the day to pick it up I was then out of a car and wasn't offered a curtesy car. From there my duraseal wasn't applied correctly and needed fixing twice. Each time the service team have been rude and disrespectful to both myself and family members who have had to come as support to these meetings.
I am now facing complete hybrid battery failure after 1.5 years of owning the vehicle and i have been told the cost of a new replacement battery is over 4k and they will only pay 1k. This is through no fault of my own.
I really want to warn people of the danger of buying through this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful never buy a car from these people they sell cars with electric battery's on their last breaths and try to hide the evidence of the battery being so old and say it's NZ new. Terrible service from one of the managers who presented the car filthy and without paint protection that we payed for, then wonders why we don't use them when we get our cars serviced it's self-explanatory. We recommend if you ever want a Toyota car commit to the drive to another dealership this place is a AWFUL Waste of time and space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always helpful staff. A particular mention for Daphne who always goes above and beyond. Usually there at 7am till 6pm or later. A real trooper with a great work ethic that deserves recognition!
UPDATE
Today dropped my car off for a WOF this morning and someone was going to drive me to the train station so I could get the train to work then id pick up at 6pm the same day. A suggestion was then made "how about we do yours first while you wait and then you can just drive to work?" This was done very promptly and got to work 1 minute late. One again thanks for your great service guys!
