About The Arena
ArenaOpen is where we open our box to allow you free time to use the equipment, work on weaknesses and focus on accessory work. Please note that coaching is not available during open box, as our coaches use this time to train alongside you. The main floor is also in use for ArenaTeens, but you will have full use of the second floor.
