Owner and Head Trainer
Tom has been involved in the Fitness Industry for 20 years. Initially he worked as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer at all 3 of the Don Oliver Gyms. He then joined Les Mills and, after working as a Personal Trainer, became Head Trainer and Mentor, lecturing to new Personal Trainers. he is also a qualified Group Fitness Instructor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this gym for two years now and it has everything I need small but good Tom the owner is always there to help and it's cheap and not crowded so you don't have to wait to use any of the machines the train yard is situated in the heart of blockhouse bay it's great it's got everything and some good advice and it's only $8.99 a week perfect for me
