★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my caravan warrant done last year no probs. This year I had to take the tow cover off for it to pass !!!! apparently a driving light issue. He went into a sarcastic chat about maybe moving the lights above the cover. I removed the cover and he saw the lower lights which were no use according to him as the car blocked them. Maybe he needs to become a design consultant for Swift caravans !!!!. Also when I was following the guys instruction a couple of cars went passed and I couldn't hear him, "pardon" I said to be answered "brake pedal its the middle one". was his reply. Not used to paying to have sarcastic comments directed at me. Customer service !!!!!
