★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my septum pierced there and wouldn't recommend it. The wrong tools were used which made the experience very uncomfortable before any needles were even brought out. It was pierced in the wrong place (through the cartilage rather than the skin, despite me checking that it would go through the skin and not cartilage). The piercing is crooked and the wrong aftercare advice was given. It has been six weeks since I got the piercing and it is only just starting to heal despite meticulous after care (the correct way, not the way recommended to me in store). I chose a gold ring to match the rest of my usual jewellery that I wear and the plating is all chipping off into the open piercing, which is probably why the healing process is taking so long. There was also no sterile field, he put on gloves but was constantly touching things that hadn't been sterilised. When I initially went in, he quoted a price that I was happy with (around $60) but when it came time to pay after the piercing he increased the price to closer to $70. Definitely won't be going back here.
Edit: I have taken the piercing out and replaced it with something else as I don’t want this thing in my body any longer. The plating was actually just paint and when I removed the ring part of it was black and green. Absolutely disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get my nose stud changed to a ring, got the piercing 6 months ago and it was healed ages ago with no problems. Told him multiple times it was a screw stud but he insisted it was an L shape while he yanked on it, was so painful and he had about 10 goes before he finally got it out. He also gave it a couple stabs with a needle thing for good measure. Was really sore and bleeding, he then told me it looked infected and so wouldn’t put the ring or my original stud back in, stuck a little plastic stick in it and told me to come back when it’s healed but surprisingly I don’t fancy it. Had no back either so would have probably fallen out overnight but luckily went to different place straight after and they put a stud back in. Anyway wouldn’t recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE!!I saw this place on google reviews and decided to come because of the amount of 5 star reviews. I honestly believe half of those are fake because clearly they cannot properly or safely do any piercing beyond basic & simple piercings.I came here on 12/12 for a conch piercing, was overpriced and they sold me a "healing solution" for $5 extra which was just watered down rubbing alcohol. Customer service was poor, the guy offered no words of comfort. They pierced in the wrong place and shattered my cartilage. Was extremely sore, throbbing and swollen. It was bleeding so much I had to go to emergency services. The doctor told me that this piercing was very poorly done and had to removed immediately. I had to pay several medical fees for the nurse, emergency services, and painkillers. When I called in to inform them of what had happened, and that the piercing had to be removed. I asked for a refund (which I think is reasonable considering what I had been through). They told me that they would not refund me and that I could come in to get it removed at a cost. Don't go here, not worth the hospital fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. I got a septum, and felt very very little pain. Also gave me all the info I needed on how to take care of the piercing, and told me I was welcome to contact about any questions or concerns.
