Scam! Worst service ever! I purchased the Z fold phone from online, The moment I opened it the Phone was Frozen and Doesnt work. 3 continuous days I went from this store to That Store and Everyone keep pin pointing me to other stores. Call the Call centre and They gave me reference number for the job and Said to return it to head office. I myself took it to rosedale and They said No reference found even I showed the Email of confirmation. They are so useless. Finally they Said they will send it to tech department and Arrange a Repair. Excuse me, I purchased Brand new Phone. I dont need a. Repair job done here. Not 1 day I could use it. You should be refunding me or give store credit as I will not spend my 2-5 grand for a Repaired Phone. The phone which plays up on the get go will play hard with me know doubt. But how disgrace ful it is that you have made your Customer suffered so long and couldnt even give a Good Resolution. This Samsung phone is a Scam! Z fold is a Scam and samsung has to stop this Immediately. I have been a Customer of Samsung for almost 20 years now never changed to other brand but I think its time to love to more trustworthy brand.

Such a slow responding customer service team, Jesus Christ, the world leading manufacturer from my mother country giving me full of disappointment. Samsung NZ really need to shape up their staff. Ordering a simple replacement part is taking over 2 weeks, I still have not got any response. Live Chat is terrible, I am sorry but the service desk person seems to be copying and pasting all the existing paragraphs. Keeps telling me the delivery timeframe for North & South Islands, but when I asked for a tracking number, she gave me some order numbers and when I asked which courier website I could use them to check the parcel, she says there is "no visibility" regarding the replacement part and says she will forward this to the relevant team. A simple follow-up, getting almost nothing out of it, took 30 min. Obviously they do not care about the Google reviews, so many one stars evidence what I am talking about.

In January, I bought a Samsung Smart TV. The online chat support offered a 10% cash-back for that purchase and also emailed the required form. I submitted the form with all information requested, but haven't heard from Samsung NZ since nor did they pay the cash-back. No response to emails. Very disappointing!

Disappointed with your product. Got faulty TV from the first day had problem and then stop working. Took them 7 week to refund my money. Did know they were so poor company. Never going to buy any Samsung product and never recommend anyone at all. Got LG TV and working fine.

It is the worst service I have ever had. Placed an order for a Smart Monitor before Christmas 2021 and never received it until now. There is no direct customer service contact number for their estore and they never replied my emails unless I chase them again and again. Have spoken to customers services multiple times, very well trained staff and know how to apologize but they never make their promises. I feel like whoever is in charge of sorting customers complaints doesn’t really care. Nearly 60 days and haven’t received my order nor my money back. Absolute breach to consumers rights. I will never trust their products or service again and I still can’t believe this poor customers service from such a big brand name. Very disappointed and in the process of taking legal actions. Will not stop adding these reviews until my concern is resolved.

Took my phone back to the store that I bought it from as it was overheating and burnt my leg, that was on the 8/1/22 and was following up with the Samsung members online chat, told them that this was urgent as I needed a reliable phone as I have a sick Father in Australia, had requested urgent call back on 4 separate occasions and never received a call. I put in a complaint online on Monday 24/1/22 and it says should received a call between 24 to 48 hours and I am still waiting for that call. I think their Customer service is lacking severly. Would not recommend Samsung to anyone as they have really dropped the ball with my issue. Especially since I was physically injured by a Samsung product.

Warranty on your freezers is made out to be great but is the worst warranty process I've ever seen, it has now been 6 months with no resolve. Communication is absolutely appauling, I have to wait from weeks to months for contact that I end up making. I love the product but being treated like this has made me decide to use other product instead, I will now be recommending to every I know not to waste there time with Samsung product. Being prompt and straight up with answers would have been nice, warranty has some ironing out to do thats for sure. Needs to be an option for no stars!!!!! Very unhappy.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would never purchase any of their products again. Got a faulty fridge and upon repair the fridge was made even worse with new rattling noise. Repeatedly contacted Samsung and no one provides any solution to move forward. Over 1 month and still no action taken my Samsung. Requested contact details for case manger and was advised it was being arranged but over 1 month now and despite several requests being made no one provided any information or any update with any solutions. Very unprofessional behavior. In my opinion Samsung deserves no stars. Would be zero if it were an option.
