★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned through to ask help for my Grandad who bought a phone from Noel Leaming and it was locked to the vodafone network and needed a code to use any other network. But Instead of telling me 'you can do it yourself for free on vodafones website' they said 'we can do it but it will cost $49'. He's a pensioner! ?
