★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned 4 or 5 working days in advance to book as I can only have work done at home on a Wednesday. Booked for anytime after 2pm. All I wanted was a tv aerial connected in a bedroom. Nobody came. No common courtesy phone call NOTHING! So I phoned them at 4.10pm & was advised they sent the guy who was on my job to Auckland for a job. I actually don't have a problem with that but they certainly don't do customer service! I'm going elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being given every opportunity to rectify this very poor installation, (their senior technician that came out to check on the installation agreed that the workmanship was poor). Satellite and Aerial management refused to correct the very crooked installation. They charged a high price and provided poor service.
