Losing 1 star because 3 times while checking in they were on our case about dining at the on site restaurant, then as soon as we got to the room they were ringing us to tell us about the restaurant. The only reason we didn't dine there was because they were being so pushy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Location and would highly recommend! the service was "Top Class" the room was very clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast and dinner was outstanding and would rate 10/10. New Zealand is in crisis with trying staying to stay afloat, but no corners we cut here and the staff where very warm and welcoming and eager to please. Thank you for the beautiful flowers, that was a real surprise for my wedding anniversary. Your attention to detail really shined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great room, very modern, with a view of the snow-capped mountain and the glacier. The grounds are quite nice and easily walkable to everything in the village. The staff were to a person very friendly and helpful. We were quite pleased with our dinner and breakfast in the dining room. As an added treat, we each had a great massage in the spa. Highly recommended/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were large and comfortable. They were even able to get our two rooms next to each other so our teenage kids were close. My husband and daughter enjoyed a deep tissue massage by a wonderful therapist at their day spa. I would go back in heartbeat!
