★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean bedroom and bathroom with a large shared kitchen facility with huge glass fridges and plenty of cooking utensils all at a fantastic price. The service was amazing, always someone on the desk during business hours to look after you quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the unique "company" who could offer us the tongariro hikking. They were so nice and helpful, renting us everything we need. They even wait us, as we were a little bit late. If you wanna do the hikking, I'd go with them, no doubts at all! The lady at the front was super nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hats off to two amazing ladies that made our stay so memorable. Both Shelly and Anna went overboard to look after us in every way possible. Much appreciated.
The motel itself was warm. comfy beds and an extremely well fitted out kitchen.
We are probably not the usual guest--being 4 elderly ladies but hopefully will head there again in Feb to enjoy another stay. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been staying here before and although it’s a budget accommodation was usually acceptable. Our stay today was however unacceptable! The beds are worn and not comfortable, toilet falls apart and a down pipe in the wall was making so much noise you can’t sleep when there’s a light rain outside.
The place need a full do up urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door closure mechanisms are all blown out, so there's no damping and they slam so hard it shakes the building. At 5 AM that's not so nice. The night was pretty quiet though.
