β β β β β I bought my Janome 9400 QCP after many, many (!) chats with Clare at Sewing Machine World in Five Cross Roads, Hamilton.
She was patient and answered my many questions over the several months it took me to make up my mind - should I buy an Elna or Janome?
Sewing Machine World stocks Elna, Babylock, Brother, Janome, Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff sewing machines.
In addition they stock sewing and cutting tables.
I've also bought wool and knitting patterns as well as quilting supplies.
I've got no hesitation in recommending Clare (or Neil) in relation to anything to do with sewing, quilting or sewing machines!

β β β β β My neighbour and I had a very informative afternoon with Heather as she explained clearly the differences between the Sewing Machine models in the shop.
Once we outlined our individual requirements she then demonstrated a model that suited our purposes after which I trialled then purchased that model.
Heather cut through the complexities of the different choices, quickly discovered what we really needed and made the whole process very easy.
Super excited to start sewing again after 30 years.
