★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little hidden secret spot. Really relaxed not really overtly Asian formal layout. Casual seating with a lot of space between tables. The food was really filling. I recomend the Sans dumplings and the shrimp wonton noodle soup. I am ADDICTED to and highly RECCOMEND the pan bread. Eaten hot the buttery tastes with the chives inside I ate mostly by myself. (I had to share) The service was quick we were the only ones there. So may be a wait if there are groups or table serving. Fully enjoyed the meal and will be back soon. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a vegetarian Singapore fried rice noodles, but they gave me a pork one! I don’t have pork at all!!! Guess what? The cook took the wrong one back and then gave me a super salted “veggie” one—from which I could still pick some pork out!?That’s awful! I would never recommend this place to anyone who I know! Please treat your customers with heart, otherwise your business will be getting worse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem at Five Cross Road, Sam's provide a no fuss take on simple and delicious Chinese meals at affordable prices. It is very rare to find such places in Hamilton and we are so happy to find Sam's. We've gone there twice now and the flavours remain consistent both times. They cater well to vegetarians. Our favorites are egg fried rice, stir fried vegetables, oily spicy noodles, and chicken stir fry with rice. My partner also recommend their BBQ steam buns. We definitely felt welcomed and found the place to be very "homely". We will continue to go to Sam's whenever we crave Chinese food. We have started to take our own containers from home because we always order too much and we can take the left overs for lunch the next day. We highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their stir fry rice stuff are nice, pancake is good. Their noodle is horrible, their pork bum is not home made, I heard chef took the pre purchased bum out of fridge and microwave it, sad. Overall if u order the right dish it’s not too bad but I’m a bit disappointed.

Its very rude to disconnect the call when customer is on call trying to make you guys understand what he/she is ordering instead you guys are laughing at the back. Thats so rude. I am very much dissatisfied. Please understand and learn few basic things needed for you guys. No matter you might have the best food but if the service is not good its a waste. I had a very bad experience today. Please improve
