★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am telling all my friends to go here. I had AMAZING service by incredibly knowledgeable ladies. My hair is a little bit specialized and these guys know their stuff. Gave me samples to try first so I wasn't wasting money. Absolutely I'm going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buying from here again. Went in to the Kapiti store to ask if they had a product recommended by my dermatologist. The lady in there got very pushy, telling me that my hair was falling out because of product buildup (I have alopecia, an autoimmune disorder), that what my dermatologist had told me to get was wrong, that it won’t work etc. After explaining my autoimmune disorder to her she continued to tell me what I was looking for is wrong and the my dermatologist was wrong. She was very rude, condescending and disrespectful throughout the whole conversation. Tried to make me buy some expensive product buildup remover. Don’t shop here unless you want to be treated badly.
