β β β β β Purchased a bag from Shelf this week online when I opened the parcel there was an extra gift as well ...thank you so much it made my day even if I wasnt actually in the store they made me feel as if I was the communication was pretty spot on too never having to wait for a reply ?

β β β β β Sue at Shelf is an absolute star! She is always super helpful with gift idea's on a tight budget.
I have been into her shop on numerous occasions and she is always so patient with me (no matter how long I take to find that perfect gift)!
With her living in walking distance to her shop she has been kind enough to open her shop on the odd occasion after hours, due to me living on the complete opposite side of town.
A hidden gem with fantastic customer service!
