★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganised and not transparent with costs. There doesn’t seem to be a secretary, so there was no follow up. I sent my daughter there for help and it distressed her more as the process was too hard to navigate and there was no practical help. Not good for someone already vulnerable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent experience from beginning to end with Ms Syers. She rapidly formulated an effective plan for one our children and her encyclopedic knowledge of disparate food items, and where to find them, was acted on many times. Her strategies were practical, fine tuned to our child, well explained, and they worked. We were given just the right amount of paperwork. By the time of the final session and review we could really see the progress made under her thoughtful methodical approach.
The cost was very fair.
Ms Syers has a natural easy way with children. Our child understood the process and is genuinely grateful. The depth of Ms Syers knowledge and expertise was self evident and reassuring. We were calmly guided from place of real concern to safe happy outcome. Highly recommended.
