β β β β β Excellent contractor and a breeze to deal with, I had Riteline quote to replace my old decramastic roof with coloursteel. I shopped around and got three quotes, Riteline were the most cost competitive and I found their staff very knowledgable and easy to deal with. Once the colour and style was selected they didn't take long to organise to have the roof laid. The whole project was completed quickly and efficiently and in line with the original quote. Over the years I have had some terrible experiences with building contractors, but the attitude and service of Riteline blew me away. Keep up the great work guys!!

β β β β β Riteline recently worked on our new build in a rural area. Their knowledge and advice on the correct product for the conditions and the surrounding environment was of the highest quality. While we are not greenies we wanted something which would blend in, with-stand the salt air and complement the house. All of this was achieved with Riteline with ease. β β β β β The job was delayed so many times by their contractors not turning up. This went on for an extended period during which communication was non-existent and our calls were not returned. On top of that, the work was substandard! The contractors had to return a number of times to bring the job to an acceptable standard. Months later, this has only recently been achieved. Impossible to communicate with, and then because I refused to pay the account on time, because of their incompetence, the Director didn't like it! She expected payment ASAP after they mucked us around for 3 months!!
Do NOT use Riteline.

β β β β β I used Aaron and his crew from Riteline Roofing to re-roof my house on Waiheke Island. I found Riteline to be very professional to deal with, reliable and efficient and they did a great job leaving the job site clean and tidy. I live in Australia, so dealing with companies back in NZ sometimes can be a leap of faith so I am very happy to say I can highly recommend Aaron and his team.

β β β β β We are very disappointed with the company's lack of communication.
We got in touch with the company to give us a quote on replacing our old roof.One of the employees came out, measured the roof and told us to give us a quote within 24 hours. We hadn't received anything. Few weeks later my husband went down to their North Shore office and was told that the person, who did the measurement and supposed to be getting back to us, was away in Taupo. The person ,who my husband talked to promised that he will make it sure that he will pass the message to his colleague in his return to get back to us with the quote asap.
It was more than 8 weeks ago. Our roof was leaking so we had to act fast. We found an another company who took our situation seriously and glad to say that we are getting a new roof as we speak.
We thought that businesses because of the COVID situation are even more eager to have some income coming in through but not this company. It looks like they don't need the money ( ten's of thousand of dollars). Good on them but disappointing for the customers not being bothered to told that the company is not interested in doing the job for them.

Many thanks for the great job done re-roofing our home.
You were timely with the quote and even though Alert Level 4 caused a delay, your team were there promptly as soon as you could. Ronald and the others in the roofing team were very respectful, easy to communicate with and professional. The workmanship was of a very high standard. We were also so impressed with the efficiency and neatness on completion of the job.
We are pleased with the result and would have no hesitation recommending Riteline Roofing to others.
