I have been a customer for many years and Bellar Motors provides great service everytime! The owner is usually on site to welcome me and and answer my queries. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I know my car is in expert hands which gives me peace of mind on the roads! Thanks Bellar Motors.

We have been taking our BMW to the Auckland City BMW dealer spent so much money there didn’t sort out the problems. We’ve done service with Bellars, they found out problem straight away fixed completely the cost was over half of $ from BMW dealer quotes. We are very happy. Thank you so much!

If you've got a BMW go here. We've been getting our car maintained & serviced here for years. Ken has consistently provided us great service, offered trustworthy advice & catered to our budget. There's been times we've urgently needed the car looked at and the team have gone over and above to get it sorted. Definitely one of the standout customer experiences we've had.

Before going into explanation of the situation - I would like to point out unprofessionalism and rudeness of the receptionist lady. Who simply unable communicate and discuss the issue. Worst customer service we have experienced so far. After explaining some issues around our car service we were told to pickup the car and leave or get it fixed with them. We had a car in for a service and check up but the car leaked oil afterwards, which never happened prior. Got in contact with them on how that was possible after just been serviced? This matter was solved rather quickly (something with a washer in car filter they've installed), though 3 weeks later we noticed the car is still leaking oil. So we got in contact again and this time questioning the professional approach towards our issue, dropped the car off again and then been quoted with $1800 to get the oil filter housing leak fixed which which would be fine if we would hear at least apologies that none of the issues been picked up during 2 last checkups. - this is all happened within 4 weeks. I have a copy of your invoice after the service for which basically contains just oil change. There is just 1 line mentioning 1 issue - which I was told nothing to worry about. Absolutely nothing else was mentioned to me. I've asked a few times on pick up, if anything else what required attention? Again receptionist lady is bluntly rude and aggressive. Pointing out when my partner reference German quality which he used to and preventative approach in car service, that she is not interested what other countries do. Well you are servicing German cars! Really disappointing - I will make sure to warn all our friends about your β€œquality” service. Shame on you lady, you should not work in customer service if you can not hold a conversation without straight away being aggressive towards customers. - it's a core of your profession listen customer concerns and explain at least why issues occurred. You just turned your back on us. Main mechanic though was always friendly and seemed reasonable and understanding but didn’t show up to us when we came for the β€œfinal” car pickup and no one came to us to talk. --- To your unbelievable response: --- My partner is the calmest person, he works in retail and deals with people every day. The only "rude" question he asked: How come you have not seen major oil leak when were changing the oil filter?" - I've been next to him. The next second you flipped. --- In you response you simply admitted withholding information from us about oil leak (all of this "suddenly" happened within 3-4 weeks). --- It is your responsibility to inform me about everything. I've asked if anything else is wrong when I was picking up the car? You said : No I've asked if coolant leak is anything to worry about, you said: No. --- Now I've known about your reputation from others after having this unpleasant experience, it is very unfortunate we're one of them. You're probably lucky not all of them made a comment on here about your rude customer service and unprofessionalism.

Thanks Ken and technical team for sorting out my 335i (otherwise known as the biscuit car re its No plate _) . Driving home last night after collecting it put a huge smile on the dial..Ready for the BMW club Northland Fling next weekend

Came home from a service and found a scratch on my bumper. Their reply was all their staff are honest and would have reported such accident if it happened in their workshop. Completely brushed off the responsibility without another look at my car. Very disappointed at such irresponsible people.

Thank you!!! - my expansion tank and radiator hose was worse for wear and drove my steaming vehicle a 2 min drive from where it started having issues to these guys, this all happened so quickly and the service from bellars was fantasic, they were super busy but took my car in an gave me their courtesy/run around car to be able to continue my day - car was fixed in 1 day - i thank you guys and the team at bellars for having my vehicle fixed again in no time

I have been coming to Bellars for over 14 years now and have always been extremely happy with the service,the professionalism, The price, wheather it be a simple oil and filter or something a little more. Ken and his team know their stuff and I've always had a call to say if something isn't right or it's guna cost more cos they found a bigger problem. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car serviced thanks for a terrific job, honesty everytime. Even when they are busy they still manage to book me in in no time and get a courtesy car. I will keep coming back.
