Without asking
- added large lime to my sons rasberry and lemonaide
- removed our plates twice while we were eating
- and no apology or anything from the dry chicken nibbles complaint I sent to chef.
$100 x2 drinks x3 dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pub, sells craft ales and cider in full, proper pint glasses, not the usual girly half pints sold in Auckland. The fish and chips were excellent and they were showing the darts matches on their telly. If I lived there this would be my local and I'd go there most days for a few pints. Nice crowd of folk, including families, and great staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoreward is a beautiful spot right on the beachfront, seating with reserve and ocean views outside and the menu had plenty of options to suit all. Kids menu is awesome too, they have a fruit, cheese & vege platter option which is rare for kid menus! They also have awesome frozen drink options with Frosè, spiced rum and pineapple and sour berry (my favourite!) The Owner allowed us to sample all without us having to ask which was kind! Service was absolutely lovely... all doors were held open for us including the bathroom! Very happy with our choice!!! Thank you guys!! Will be back soon!!
