Well thats just not enough to be a good atore..sure..The products are well priced and they trust their customers. I bought a caliburn ak2 in Jan and it had circuit problem, I explained the staff and he didn't even ask for recept- he remembered me and within a minute gave me a brand new replacement!!!
This is what I call a seamless experience!! Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy behind the counter was an a**hole. So rude and really unhelpful with selecting products. Acted as if my presence in the store was an annoyance, barked at my 3 year old son for putting his hand on a display cabinet and gave me a really aggressive spiel about why they didn't stock a particular brand I usually buy elsewhere. Basically made me feel really unwelcome and wishing I'd never walked in there (not to mention given him my money) Despite being reasonably priced I will never be shopping there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy behind the counter I think his name is Phil? Good customer service, helps with options of juice. I've become a regular and made an effort to shop here as he took the time to remember little things even my name when it came to welcoming me.
Only negative is the slowdown of stock due to Covid by that's understandable. Please order more Exotic Fruits nic juice please. Cheers Phil for making the effort.

(Phil and tangi) would highly recommend, best customer service I've had from any retail workers in years. Will definitely be coming back next payday. :D
