β β β β β It's a shame to put such a low review! The lady who did my eyelashes and eyebrows was a lovely lady. She did try to upsell but she is running a "business". My eyelashes started falling out on the 2nd day, I looked after them 100%...by the 11th day most of them were out...she charged $20 for my eyebrows, which she then plucked with automatic tweezers...I couldve done that myself...I dont really rant on my reviews but this was a waste of time and money sorry to say....

β β β β β If i could i would give this place 0 stars. I paid for 90 minute treatment 60 being massage and 30 facial. She tried to add on other treatments i agreed to the cupping as soon as i feel asleep she went outside and started making phone calls and came in 5 minites before my treatment was up. Worst massage I've ever been too. I Expressed my dissatisfaction with her and she had tried to give me a voucher to return i told her i wouldn't waste my time even it was free such a disappoint do not waste your time or money!!

β β β β β I came here with a grabone voucher for a facial and massage, but I really should have read these reviews first... the whole experience was uncomfortable and painful, the facial was a lot of pulling and slapping my skin and the neck and shoulder massage was done while I was lying on my back ? And consisted of her rubbing her knuckles into my chest. I was then left alone in the room for 20 minutes to let the mask "sit". There was also a lot of boiling hot and then freezing cold towels being used which wasnt pleasant and she kept trying to tell me I should get the steam facial which cost extra to which I kept saying no. On the way out she tried to sell me these cheap nasty looking products for a ridiculous price, the whole experience was anything but relaxing, would not recommend!

β β β β β Went to this place today for a 2hour massage with a Grabone voucher. Would not recommend it to anyone.
First the lady asked me to fill in all my details and medical details. When l asked why the response l got was because they do professional medical massage. She took me to the room which was very dark. I was asked to lie on the bed which had dirty and smelly blankets. It smelt like they had been used for the whole week without washing.
I have had pedicure and manicure done at some other places prior to this and l know what it looks like. However this was a complete nightmare . The lady just wiped my feet and hands once with a wet towel. She then asked me to lie on my side and rubbed my back. The rub was like that of a two year old rubbing your back. I asked how she was doing the massage and she told me that it was a Swedish way of doing massage which is completely different from the Thai massage which is rough compared to them.
When that was finished after three minutes she kept on trying to fix or pretend to put blankets and pillow on my head. I asked for the pedicure and manicure only to be told that l had to pay extra money. In that moment the lady who seemed to be the manager came on and told me that New Zealand is far away from land and other counties hence it is expensive to ship or fly s one beauty products into the country. Therefore if l wanted a manicure l should pay extra. I refused to pay that money and said l will only have what l.paid for online. She just applied nail polish on my toe nails whilst the other lady applied oil on my face . She said this was to speed up the process. This was like in 40 minutes of the 2hour massage.
The lady told me that she could see tiny hairs on my nose and that if l wanted it removed by steamer l should pay extra $16 which l refused to take . So she covered my eyes. They both stood at the end of the bed and started whispering to each other. They then left the room and later l had them shouting at each other. The manager lady returned five minutes later and told me to rest and sleep for oil to sink in..she left the room and came back 30 minutes later. No one cane to the room for thirty minutes.when She returned she looked at my nails and switched off the fan . Then the lady l started the massage with came back and rubbed my face, took off the cotton buds off my face and said we are done. 40 minutes was left undone and l was so angry. She said call your person to come pick you up. In the waiting process l was offered a glass of warm water from a dirty glass which l couldn't even drink from.
I feel this place is a scam and would not recommend anyone to go here. Very creepy and greedy people. They do not know what they are doing and they don't know anything about massage. Please do not take this place nor visit it. I give it one star and people need to be warned about them. I was not pleased at all. I was left smelling of urine .

β β β β β Came to this salon for eyelash extensions from a grabone voucher. I was unfortunately very disappointed and would not recommend to others. I was changed extra money for the eye pads (not included in the online payment) and the lady tried to sell me many different products despite my declining. The process was quite uncomfortable and painful. The eye pads were applied too close to my eyeball, I expressed that this was very painful and I had extremely watery eyes throughout the entire application. The technition applied glue to the skin of my eye which caused my lower and upper lashes to be glued together. To fix this issue, my eyes were unexpectedly pulled open every 5 minutes to rip the glue, this caused more watering from the lamp positioned over my face. The final product looked okay until I went home and lashes started falling out 24 hours later, weren't applied at the root so poked me in the eye and were. One eye is also worse than the other. Very disappointed, especially considering this was my first experience with extensions. Won't be returning and would caution others to pay more money for better service.

β β β β β I went for facial recently. I was extremely happy with the treatment and their good services. According to their professional advice, I did buy some Environ products. My skin has been improved with great change.
I shall definitely go back again and have also recommended this beauty shop to my family and friends. Some of them have also gone to them for treatments. They are also quite satisfied with their treatments and professional services.

β β β β β I was quite scared about going through with my microdermabrasion facial appointment because all of the reviews. But the facial was amazing and the lady who did it was very nice and professional! She was telling me the treatments that she would recommend for me, I said no and that was that. She wasn't insistent on it nor she pushed it any further. I'd definitely go back to them for more treatments.

β β β β β Was not particularly looking forward to the hot stone massage, was a christmas gift, due to the reviews I have read. However, the 60 min massage was a very pleasant surprise. The lady who took my booking is nice and quite accommodating. Jenny, the massage therapist took her time to make sure I am comfortable. She also seemed knowledgeable and gave a decent massage. Overall, my experience is pleasant and relaxing and will definitely recommend the hot stone massage from Jenny.
