His sense of humour at the appropriate times lightened the mood and made a difficult situation more bearable. Nothing was too hard including driving to Christchurch to bring Dad back to Nelson. His attention to detail was also appreciated from recommending a nice urn to supplying pens to write on the coffin was great. He has good communication with us and kept us informed throughout.
