★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really good. Because my husband’s teeth need to claim insurance，after the treatment must complete the application form. Our insurance company they have not done before, Dr. Izzy was very careful to check all the detail. Such as a responsible doctor must give 5 star.

Lovely and friendly reception lady and very pleasant and professional dentist Dr Nicholas. He did a brilliant job on my teeth, explained everything and was very considerate during the procedure. Very glad I went, thank you for a lovely experience! And see you again for my next appointment! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to say big thank you to doctor Izzy who did the wisdom teeth extraction for me yesterday. It’s three wisdom teeth and was not a small one. I was prepared with 1-1.5 hours on the dental chairs but Izzy did a beautiful operation on me and the who extraction part were less than ten mins. (After the anaesthesia process)I was so impressed ! And the recovery was so fast as the wound were small. All three big teeth out with beautiful complete roots. (Only one had a small crack on the tip and Izzy managed to get that bit out completely with a thorough check) . I didn’t have much swollen or pain on second day due to her great skills. I will recommend her to whoever needs wisdom teeth extraction. Amazing !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend seeing Dr Izzy. I have never liked going to the dentist due to previous experiences at school making me feel like I had bad teeth and always left feeling horrible. I can't thank Dr Izzy and her assistant enough for making me feel at ease, keeping me informed during the entire process (2x tooth extractions). I came away feeling more confident that I will be back in future without hesitation because I trust I will be in good hands. Thank you ladies again, I appreciate the work you done and the exceptional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Izzy did a root canal and missed one of the roots. She did two only on a molar tooth in back and there were at least 3-4 roots. This in the long run caused me to have inflammations as the crown was not stable and moved. After 3 years I lost this tooth and need an implant. She should have referred to a surgeon in the first place and not did the root canal herself. She missed a root or two and allowed them to close. She did not do the canals properly and this in the end caused a bad root canal and infection and infections to come and go. She was not trained as a surgeon so be careful as she can think she can do advanced work like a surgeon but this does not allow a proper root canal to be done that should be done by a surgeon. I needed crown lengthening too and she did not do it as well and said I did not need it. All two other root canals have lasted over 8 to 10 years. The one she did lasted 3 years. It is an important tooth for biting as well. An implant is very expensive- 8K. Thanks Izzy for being so convincing you can do everything when you cannot and that attitude causes people to have problems with their teeth later when work is not done as needed.
