Lost my appetite for quality cashmere goods just being there. Be nice, even if it's just a facade.

Very unfriendly and clearly she wants you out of her store. Worst experience ever.

The store manager was really helpful and she even showed me catalogues that I could also choose a style from as I was looking for something in particular. It is wonderful to find an excellent store that goes the extra mile for a customer. Definitely will be back.
