★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Dior today to check some bag and the lady that serve me was called Angelan Luo. all the bag's that I was looking for were all sold out. when she realise I was not going to BUY anything since the bag I wanted were all sold out. she was uninterested knowing I was not getting anything I felt so uncomfortable in Dior, and very unprofessional she didn't even want me to put my card holder in the bag (I just wanted to see if it fits) . I was so dissapointed with the service in Dior. Gucci and Louis Vuitton has better service based on my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a mini lady Dior bag from them. Their official website shows it is made in Italy. The one I got is made in France. The manager called me regarding to my concern. But She started with they didn't do anything wrong which makes me feel uncomfortable. She told me they do have production line in France. I ask her why their official website shows it is made in Italy, but didn't show or made in France. She said "but it also didn't show only made in Italy. "How rediculous! She explained this is a new production line to make the mini lady Dior. And France produce better quality bags. I choose to trust her. But when I carefully check my bag, I found the leather on the right hand side of the bag is different from the other three sides. There is CD engraved at back right hand side, the D is not complete. One clasp has wider side gap and opening gap than another. The inside surface of charms are not very smooth. The dusting bag is made in India. Please see photos attached. If anyone bought a mini lady Dior bag that is made in France, please let me know. Thanks!

She didn't push me at all to make a purchase and was very knowledgeable and helpful with the products I looked at, which I always love to see, and I left happy and confident in my purchase. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is very polite and professional. I was served by Cherry and even though I didn’t purchase anything she was so patient and helpful to me.
I’ve seen some of the bad reviews and here are some common sense answers to that because it's unfair to give one star to people who are just doing their job:
- you cannot come in unattended, you’ll need a sales associate to be with you. There aren’t a lot of them so you have to be patient and wait outside. This goes the same with the other luxury stores. Especially with covid restrictions, you need to be more patient.
- while waiting the security will ask you to not block the door because duh you don’t want to be hit by it and blocking the door is health and safety issue
- no, your kid cannot touch a $$$$$ item. Even thought you’re “planning” on buying it, it’s just obvious that you wouldn’t let a kid play with expensive items unless you’re willing to pay for damaged goods.
- no they are not judging your outfit while you’re in line outside. If they let someone in before you it’s because they have a booking with their personal sales associate especially the VIPs
- if you're unhappy with an item then return it. Simple ✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time. I was hesitant to go because of the bad reviews but glad I went there! Bought my first lady dior dream bag and luckily got the only color I want from the recent cruise collection.
Thanks Cherry for assisting me. I asked the SA to bring out a lot of colors because I couldn't decide what to get and she was very patient. The guard was very well mannered too and very welcoming.
