Shop assistant sold us rope chain that price not match with your website price(item number 15836892) She told me that she gave me discount from retail price $2299.00.and she is happy to gave me price $1638.90.but i just check your website and price on your website $1499.00 and 10%discount to online sale.
I came home and just check she charge me $1499.00+139.90 for care plan that i never ask.
.
it is mean she charge me extra $289.80 .Can you please explain how this happen and why?
I am very disappointed with this .

But the nerve to say wait later bad customer service there.other than that had another staff that helped put she was lovely.
