About Silvermoon St Lukes
As much as a story about jewellery, it has also been a story about family and relationships. Our jewellery journey began over 60 years ago with expertise and knowledge passed down generations. Peter and Wendy’s introduction into jewellery started at a young age, some of Wendy’s earliest memories rummaging through her mother’s jewellery box in awe of all the previous gemstone pieces that had been passed down to her over generations. Each piece representing a milestone, the feeling of significance that was fostered from sentiment, the true mark of an heirloom that carries meaning. From this was born a passion that has remained consistent throughout her life. Wendy and Peter met during high school and what began as an after school job to help a family business has now evolved into Silvermoon company. As husband and wife, Peter's entrepreneurial spirit and Wendy’s eye for design represent two facets of a single passion for creating our Silvermoon brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a watch for a Christmas present .Very helpful staff when picking the watch. They assured me that I could swap it if my sister didn't like it . Got home, wrapped it up, presented it the watch at Christmas . Sister didn't like it. I thought no worries, gift receipt in the box, and can go in and swap it . My sister went into the store and the first lady, very helpful, happy for the watch to be swapped, all a sudden and second person comes along and says the watch had been worn and can no longer be swapped. It most definitely was not worn and the lady found the strangest and inconsistent reasons to why the watch was "used". Eventually realizing that there was no way that we were going to accept her lies, we were able to swap the watch. We felt like we were being scammed, and for that reason I say choose very carefully or avoid the store completely. Feeling helpless and thinking we're being conned is a good reason for me to give my experience a 1 out of 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff who served me was really helpful. It was quite hard for me to choose an engagement ring for my partner at first since I didn’t have any idea what she would like. I went to all the jewelry shops in the mall to see what my options are, but the service and the shopping experience I’ve received from this store is second to none. The staff made it stress-free for me as she explained everything in details and helped me find the perfect ring that she thought will match my partner’s style and that’s within my budget. On top of that, my partner loved it and responded with a big “YES” to my proposal. I’m really happy and will definititely come back.

I came in yesterday but I couldn't purchase that I was looking for and I've never bought a ring before and had no idea... Also, they don't have the stock. Kindly, one of the staffs Nikhita shared her ideas/experiences and I came back to the store today and ordered from her even though I've been to Wxxxxx & Hxxx in Newmarket before. I needed to come back all the way to order from Silvermoon St Lukes. SO HELPFUL, WELCOMING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, KIND and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I felted... She knows me for a long time and it was my first visit. Can't wait to get my first ring 'Meadowlark protea cocktail ring in Onyx' that I ordered. thank you team for your excellent service. Highly recommend!

As soon as I entered the shop, I was greeted with a big smile from every employee in store and immediately asked if I needed help with anything. It was my first time entering a jewelry store so it was a bit intimidating for me especially that I don’t know what kind of ring I was going to get. Thank goodness one of their employees, Lorene, was there to make me feel at ease.
Lorene was really helpful in giving me all options when it comes to choosing the perfect engagement ring. She was able to give heaps of options that it almost took me an hour to choose, but I’m glad that she was there the whole time and was very patient.
If you guys are in need of really good service and awesome range of diamond products, I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
