★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been going here for a three monthly blood test for years and im not the easiest person to extract blood from as my veins seem to hide when they see a needle, lol and with lots of tattoos its even harder to find that generous vein, but there always seems to be an extra good nurse who comes through and find the elusive vein, only once have they not been able to atract blood , so im giving them a 9 out of 10 as no ones perfect, but there pretty close .???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a massive needle fear and went in yesterday about 11am to address it. I had the loveliest lady in the world. She made me feel safe and my fears understood and heard and worked around me to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible even though I was terrified. When I did faint she was wonderful, she finished off the blood work and turned on fan and got me water and sat with me and told me about her having to face her own fears and made sure that I was better before letting me go on with my day. I feel terrible that I can't remember her name but she was super professional and caring and made a very terrifying situation that much better. Even though I took up alot of her time that she could have seen other patients in, she made me feel safe and I was able to conquer my fear in a safe and caring environment. I cannot reccomend this place enough. I shall be back for more blood draws ☺️?
