★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting 14 days for a response from this company regarding a quote... Had to chase them the whole time. We are told multiple times will get back to us after 24hrs Rang two separate nation wide branches only to be referred to someone who is blunt and is on leave and can't process the quote... Clearly this company does not care for the time sensitivity of its customers. We don't understand why they haven't trained anyone else to provide quotes with three branches. Tried several small competitors and got a response in MINUTES.
