I purchased wine glasses for my bar through Southern Hospitality back in 2014. The glassware had incorrect pour lines and after some months of scrutinising our wine losses with independent stocktakes, it came to light that the pour lines were marked incorrectly meaning that we were oversupplying every glass of wine sold by the glass, which was a substantial amount of product (around $18k). Southern staff acknowledged the issue and were very accommodating at first about getting the matter resolved. After meeting with the manager I was told that "we don't see this as our problem" because they engaged another party to print the glassware. It defies logics that Southern Hospitality would not be responsible for the contractors they engage to fulfil a contract but it has certainly been a warning to me. I was hopeful at one point that this would be resolved as Southern Hospitality passed the matter to their insurers. Yet it is now in August 2017, some two years later, with no resolution or end in sight even after having the losses verified by an independent party. The kick in the guts with these guys is that they have also charged me for the glassware! I am significantly out of pocket as a result of this and have wasted a lot of time and resource in attempts to get it resolved. It is clear to me that Southern Hospitality has a no care, no responsibly approach to issues, which is a shame as they have some good reps in their team. From my dealings, it is clear that when the going gets tough, the reps don't have the authority to deal with issues so you are on your own. I suggest keeping this in mind if you are considering using them for your hospitality business.

Not reliable, not responsible, not professional, problem marker and rubbish customer service. The worst company in the world. They refuse to fix all problems caused by them and make lots of excuses. I need to fix all issues caused by them on my own expenses. Don't waste money and patience in this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I strongly warn anyone against doing business with Daniel Hoyle and Christie Hoyle at Southern Hospitality- They are exceptionally unprofessional, very unreasonable and aggressive. Any kind of agreement you have with them will not stand, even if it is in writing. They do not follow through on the Terms & Conditions of a Contract. Even when you have an agreement upfront. Dealings have been exceptionally stressful, misleading leading to threatening and abusive. I have never dealt with such UNPROFESSIONAL unreasonable people. Their short temper will be followed by barbaric behaviour and slander via the internet when they have admitted in writing they were at fault. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

As I have a hospitality industry for 20 years , this was the worst experience of purchasing good to southern hospitality. I will never recommend to buy anything from them as there service is worst even they are unable to solve a problem . I have some product from them and I have return one product to exchange one product and they have changed me again. They will only take care of you if you are buying more than $100,000 of good and the rest of purchase below 10,000 , they can be bothered .

I have had the worst customer service ever experienced in the past 40 years! Quite unbelievable. A simple order for a table top and base has taken 6 weeks and we are still unable to assemble the product which arrived with no instructions as to size of screws which are clearly non standard (after a visit to Mitre 10). I will NEVER deal with this company again.
