★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Southern Peak CrossFit is a super friendly gym that Caters to all levels and experience in CrossFit! I joined earlier in the year having never done CrossFit before. Christian and the team were super welcoming. Every class you are shown how to do each exercise or any substitute exercises if one of them is too hard or an (old) injury stops you from doing one. The timetable is extensive and everyone is super friendly at the gym!
