★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were uninterested in our problem and almost reluctant to help, we had recently changed from a similar plan with Vodafone because of poor reception, but the spark plan although the same price has extra costs which were a suprise, not happy, we were even advised by the spark agent, go back to Vodafone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, was on a no contract with them! once you cancel then they still charge you another month, even after complaining to them that I could no operate at my home address.
Some areas in Mount Maunganui drop calls with very poor reception. I am now with 2 degrees and have no problems.
