I think the store is lacking staff. There sometimes can be 10 customers in the store with only 3 staff. It can talk quite a while.
Otherwise great store layout and great service. Would come again to pay my bills.

The service in your store from the amazing guy who looked after me was like night and day compared to the lacklustre below par service I got next door at Vodafone ! It made me regretful I had not taken by business sparks way. The guy who served me was named Joshua and he checked to ensure I knew my new phone had no charging cord and checked to see what other accessories I may require .. he also gave a whole lot of excellent advice about how to set up my new phone. So great dealing with someone who cares about their job. I got none of this expert service with my $2000 purchase next door.
