The ladies went far beyond what I would call “business as usual” activity. This is what customer service is all about! Well done ladies and well done Spark Alexandra.

Ashley assisted us and was most helpful, patient and courteous. She knows what she is doing and went the extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted. Can recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Ashley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned a phone within 7 days that had a fault and was told it was an update issue. It wasn't. They could not have been less helpful or willing to offer a suitable solution. Samsung ended up helping.
I would never recommend this retailer to anyone. They do not operate inside of the bounds of the retail act. Saying 'it is store policy' is not the same as acting inside the law! I will be taking them to small claims.
