★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Completely destroyed our curtain it all stuck together and ended up with holes in it. We could not use it and it was only 4 years old. They argued and charged us full price for the dry clean even though it was ruined and they would not back down. NEVER USE THIS PLACE there are much better dry cleaners across the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I WOULD NOT USE THIS DRYCLEANER. I purchased a beautiful $400 purple silk blouse and bought it here for it's first dryclean. They used the wrong chemical on it and now it's ruined. What's worse is that they told me it was a fabric issue and not their fault. The Boutique Manager phoned them and tried to calmly explain what the issue was and they yelled at her and slammed the phone down. Just disgraceful.
And thanks for your reply below. The splotches are literally all over the garment including the arms! - and it's a loose fitting swingy blouse so your argument is not professional and totally incorrect. As you can see from the other reviews, I am not the only one whose items you have ruined and then dealt with in a very unprofessional manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, ruined a blouse of mine and said the marks were there beforehand even when I had proof they weren’t and they never made note of it on the receipt. Refused to accept responsibility and wouldn’t let me take my other items without paying for the ruined one. Been here a few times and nothing ever gets properly cleaned, don’t waste your time
