★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son in on Saturday 10/10/20 for a blended fade, the lady that done it left his hair an absolute mess.
When visiting friends the following day they asked where I took him so they wouldn't go to the same place. This was upsetting as I often recommend barber workshop.
I returned to the store the following day to find it extremely busy but Luke was very accommodating and offered to stay late to fix it. If it was for his customer service and ability to fix an absolute f#$k up I would not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the shop with my son, we were the only ones in the shop. They young man looked at us with no acknowledgement then went out the back. I could see him in the mirror making microwave noodles, he saw me in the mirror watching but said nothing. Could have at least acknowledged us and said he would only be a moment, we wouldn’t have minded at all. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Very unprofessional and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My young son and I had been waiting in line for 45 mins before being told they are no longer accepting more customers for the day. We arrived at 4pm, they close at 6pm. A worker had seen us in-line 20 mins prior to us being told so he was certainly aware we had been waiting. It doesn’t take a scientist to know that a sign might be useful outside of your store so no one else has to waste their time. Sharpen up people! They are never the liveliest bunch either. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the worst haircut I've ever had. It honestly looks like a blind man cut my hair. Don't pretend you know what you're doing where you clearly have no clue. I hate telling people how to do their jobs, but seriously one fade is not the same as the other. A low drop fade does not mean give me a high/mid fade, just because its easier to do. Furthermore I don't expect a haircut to take under ten minutes with no care given at all especially for the price you charge. Do you honestly call this straight... Like I said have never had such a hack job in my life

Awesome service, quick and efficient but most importantly will make you feel amazing!
I was in desperate need of a cut before a big event that day, stressing out about where to go I had walked pass Barber Workshop and had seen a previous client walk out looking fresh and I had to go in and try it out. The brother Chris Glassie helped me look so good and I was forever grateful on how I had looked afterwards. If only I lived in Tauranga to keep coming in to get my hair done from him.
Love your work Chris keep up being an amazing person and barber!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for my brother & my 1yo son to have a haircut - the barber did an amazing job! She dealt with the toddler troubles like a champ & helped cater to my sons needs so well by putting on Paw Patrol for him & working around his wriggly head! Will definitely be back once his hair grows out again and he needs a chop!
