★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speed Science were absolutely awesome to deal with. I needed to order some new Bilstein shocks for my car. Not only were the prices of the shocks reasonable, but the shipping was as well. Plus the communication throughout the whole process was prompt and the staff were knowledgeable. I would definitely use Speed Science again if I needed to buy some additional parts for my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a catless downpipe for my car, it said that it will come in 1-2 weeks on the website. I patiently waited 3 months until I requested a refund. The customer service is alright pretty fast replies but only gives you updates when you ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Order $2500 wheels. Waw well aware of lead times to indent wheels before hand. Originally was told wheels had to come from japan then had to chase them up for updates, 2 months later i was told they were on their way from the supplier. Received no communication unless I followed them up, IF THEY WOULD EVEN REPLY. 4 months in I'm following up and being told they are leaving their American supplier but hadn't left their yet because of delays so we're expecting another 3 to 4 weeks until they left there. (originally was japan and they were already on their way?)Lack of communication and very poor customer service. They have left me $2500 out of pocket, I have requested a refund. NO REPLY
