★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dec2019: Recently renovated. Good open style offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Very handy location being at the entrance to the mall. Also very close to motorway. Being a regular customer, I noticed in my recent resist there has been continuous staff turn over. Perhaps this is a results of new management? Also there is this tall male staff, he never smiles to customers, and look at you in a blank way. Impossible to have conversations with. Reduced current rating to 3 stars due to staff turn over and unfriendly individual staff mentioned above. (he is featured in one of the photos below in red T shirt)
Aug2019: (rated 5 stars then) Awesome Team and services, they will remember you by name. Services such as this one is hard to come by nowadays. Great place and very easy parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I like about this place is that everything is reasonably priced. By which I mean bloody expensive. But if you want to pay what a coffee is worth, then you can bet these guys have got it right. And all the Mum and Dad enterprises who have funded their cafes leveraging against the equity in their family home and thinking they can outdo the opposition by holding down prices despite employment costs and laws devouring their businesses from the inside out have got it wrong. The Ferrari club was inside when I walked past. They don't care about a dollar or two you'd think, even if Holdens cost more than Ferraris these days.
But I do not go here. I went to Harvey's Furnishings next door to look at fabric. Now that is soul food. Five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here almost every morning before work and i am almost very pleased with my order but today I walked in to come karen complaining about the amount of cream she got, making a total utter scene about a dollar. Holding up the line for those trying to get to work and saturday morning activities. The barista was getting frustrated with where she was trying to go with this but to the lady with the two braids - well done for holding your ground. People like that aren’t easy and I commend you on how you handled yourself in that stressful environment. Folks, please try and be nice to the people that serve that when getting coffee or billing up your order etc. Have a blessed day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pink drink tall size and all I got was ice… 3/4 of the cup was ice and apparently this is the Starbucks standard. Very disappointing and more so staff not willing to correct it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via the app, fast and easy, ready in less than 5 min, finally tried the famous strawberry açaí lemonade, I asked for less ice but there’s about 50% ice in it, few sip and it’s gone, drink looks pretty but it’s definitely overhyped, tasted artificial.
