β β β β β Came in with two small pups. Needed some more supplies (first week). Staff were too busy chatting to each other to greet me, ask if I needed help (I did) etc. it seemed that only one girl was working and the rest were too busy catching up with each other. no other customers were in store. i ended up having to ask for help and left with only the bare necessities I needed. There is more that I need and Iβll be going back to the Albany store after this experience as their staff are helpful and friendly. This customer experience was terrible, if I hadnβt been desperate for the items I got I wouldnβt have bought anything.

β β β β β Good pet shop wide range of items. They usually have a few kittens and pups to look at. Really aweosme dog grooming area. Great staff,offering holds with the animals and generally knowledgeable in the products the are selling... the grooming area is soooo cool

β β β β β Terrible customer service. Needed some advise about fish as just got a tank but no one around to help it was a bit busy at the till but no other staff there. As we were leaving about 4 staff walked out all chatting and ignoring everyone. Will but my fish and supplies elsewhere.

β β β β β Everytime we come in to bath our dogs the staff here at westgate are always so friendly you can tell these men and woman love their jobs the store and dog baths are always clean this is the kind of service every shop needs congratulations westgate animates you guys set the bar extremely high i hope yous guys get awarded for your hard work

β β β β β Branch manager of Animates WESTGATE does not honor the companyβs TASTE GUARANTEE. I have reported this. I have been a loyal customer for a long time. I buy my cat different flavours and brands for him to try. Other branches have honoured the swap. I brought opened and barely eaten small pouches of cat food and she said her team shouldnβt honour this. I am disappointed and appalled that your branch does not uphold your company values. Other team members have done so in the past. All except this branch manager who wonβt do so as per YOUR company policy and guarantee. Appalling and such a terrible experience. Manager needs to work elsewhere. What is the purpose of your guarantee is you donβt implement this?????
